Every image in our catalog is original work, created by Urivaldo Lopes and protected under international copyright law. When you purchase a license, you're acquiring specific, legally-defined rights to use the image — not ownership of the image itself.

Our licensing structure is designed to be transparent, fair, and flexible — from individual creators to global brands.

Total control. The image is yours alone.

• Priority delivery (24–48 hours)
• Custom contract (reviewable by your legal team)

Permitted uses:

• Any commercial, editorial, or creative use worldwide
• Unlimited modifications, compositing, and adaptations
• Use as brand signature or flagship imagery
• Transfer to parent company, subsidiaries, or acquirers
• Inclusion in brand asset libraries

Pricing: Exclusive pricing starts at 999€ and varies based on:

• Commercial value and existing usage
• Scope of intended use
• Industry and brand profile
• Whether the image has been previously licensed

Not permitted:

• Resale or sublicensing to unrelated third parties
• Inclusion in stock photo libraries or templates for resale
• NFTs or blockchain-tokenized assets
• AI training datasets
• Defamatory or pornographic content

Prohibited Uses — All Licenses

Regardless of license type, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Resale of the image as a standalone product or within templates
• NFTs, blockchain tokens, or cryptocurrency-related products
• AI training data or machine learning datasets
• Defamatory content — any use that damages reputation of individuals or groups
• Pornographic, obscene, or explicit sexual content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or political extremism
• Misrepresentation — using images in ways that falsely imply endorsement
• Sublicensing — transferring or sharing your license with third parties (except Exclusive with written notice)
• Tobacco, firearms, and gambling advertising without prior written consent

Violation of these terms results in immediate license revocation and may result in legal action.

Licensee Identity

The license must be purchased in the name of the end user — the person or organization that will actually use the image.

• Individuals: License is in your personal name
• Companies: License is in the company's legal name
• Agencies: License must be in the client's name (not the agency's). For agency-friendly terms, contact us for a Master Service Agreement.

Licenses cannot be purchased in one name and used by another party.

License Renewal

Personal and Commercial licenses are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

To renew:

• Contact us 30 days before expiry
• Renewal price: Same as original license price
• Continuous use with no break in coverage
• Multi-year renewals available at discounted rates

If not renewed:

• The image must be removed from all active use within 30 days of expiry
• Archival use (internal records, case studies) is permitted
• Re-licensing is possible at any time

Upgrade Path

You can upgrade your license at any time:

• Personal → Commercial: Pay the difference (50€)
• Commercial → Exclusive: Custom quote, typically 900€+
• Personal → Exclusive: Custom quote, typically 950€+

Upgrades include a new license agreement reflecting the updated terms.

Multi-Image & Volume Licensing

Need multiple images for a campaign or ongoing brand use?

Volume discounts:

• 5–9 images: 10% discount
• 10–19 images: 15% discount
• 20+ images: 20% discount
• 50+ images: Custom pricing

Subscription licensing: For agencies and brands with ongoing needs, we offer annual subscription packages with credits that can be applied to any license type.

Territory & Jurisdiction

All licenses are worldwide unless otherwise specified. There are no territorial restrictions on where you can use the image.

Licenses are governed by Portuguese law, with disputes resolved in the courts of Cabo Verde or Portugal. For Exclusive licenses, alternative jurisdictions can be negotiated.

License Agreement

Every purchase includes a signed PDF license agreement containing:

• Licensee name and contact details
• Image identification (file name, reference number)
• License type and scope
• Effective date and expiry
• Permitted and prohibited uses
• Payment and delivery confirmation
• Signature from Urivaldo Lopes

Keep this document for your records. It is your legal proof of license and may be required in the event of copyright verification by platforms or partners.

Breach of License

Unauthorized use of our imagery — whether through license violation, pirated downloads, or unlicensed distribution — will result in:

1. Immediate cease and desist notice
2. Invoicing of retroactive license fees (typically 3–10x standard rate)
3. Legal action under Portuguese and international copyright law
4. Permanent ban from future licensing

We actively monitor our imagery across the web using reverse image search and copyright protection services. Compliance is non-negotiable.
